Suppressors Heavy grain 22 ammo and fastest fps ammo

I have a 22 conversion kit on my AR-15 and I'm trying to shoot as powerful load as possible in 22 to make the kit work best and save money
cci 40 grain at 1435 fps is about the max I've found

I've found lighter grain and faster fps but I'd like the max of both to help cycle the kit

Ohh cool i thought that was 36 grain... Think this ammo is at the limit ??

I personally don't know of any LR .22 ammunition that is quicker.

Find some Winchester Super X at about 1280fps I think it is .... my ceiner kit will run on it without any probs .... or some Winchester 333 pack.

When my friend use the kit with his R.D.I.A.S he can do bursts of 3 using fedral bulk pac but any more and it fails to catch behind the hammer so he has to recharge the bolt
