Hey all, I'm new to long range shooting and just bought a buddy's tactical rifle. I started high power service rifle competition last year and now it's time to scratch a very old "Itch" to have a .308 tack driver. The rifle is a 1996 stock 700 P w/a Leupold Vari-x III (I think)3.5-10X. I can't beleive the great deal He gave me on it, considering it came with a great drag bag, pellican case, Harris bipod and 125 rounds of federal ball ammo. I basically paid for all that stuff and got the rifle free. I realize right now you probably care less about all this babble but I'm real pumped up about it and I anticipate having alot of questions about tweekin' my setup and precision shooting in general.
