The obligatory first post...
where to start...
I am a father of five, and married to the strongest woman I have ever met! As I write this we are about 120 days from being retired parents as our youngest is on tract for graduation followed by a flight to Paris Island! Empty Nest here we come WOO HOO We did it!!!
I am a Information Security practitioner by trade, and love it.
I have been around the military nearly all of my life. I grew up a Navy brat. served my 8 in the Army, and worked as a civilian contractor to the Navy for an additional 10 years. I have since moved into the private sector, but remain close to my .mil family.
Not new to firearms; albeit in the last 2 years I have began venturing into the world of precision shooting. Additionally I started hand loading this year and find it very rewarding. For now I am only reloading for 6.5 Creedmoor and .338 Lapua Magnum.
A bad day on the range is better than a great day in the office! Cheers
