Hello from the PNW

Use to peek in here years ago and finally pulled the proverbial trigger and made an account. Getting tired of paper at 25-100yds and figured it’s time to get my feet wet aiming for something a little less boring.

Worked 7 years as a LEO in Atlanta, then decided to move up to WA for a more scenic life.

Got a Tikka T3x Tac coming in to hopefully start this off right. Apologies in advance for any dumb Qs!

Tikka are a great choice! It makes long range shooting easy

Where in WA are you located?
We have quite a few matches on the east side of the mountain but there is a good entry level match the 1st Saturday of every month in Eatonville WA

Eastern WA is definitely the better part of the state to shoot.
I got nowhere near me over 300yrds in Seattle unless I wanna drive a few hrs.
