I'm a semi-noob at shooting. I figured I'd join up since I'm sure as I go along I'll need learn a thing or two from those more experienced than myself. I've fired several different guns but I only own 2... a Ruger 10/22 and a Remington 700 SPS in .308.
It has a Weaver extended rail with recoil lug, Nikon Pro Staff 2-7 x 32, Burris mid-height rings, and an extended floor plate. Ranges around me are somewhat short so I figured the 2-7x would be fine (if not, it will go on the Ruger).
I haven't shot it yet since ammunition has been a real pain in the ass to get, but now I have some and I'm hoping to take it out soon.
Anyhow, I'll get back to reading...
