Suppressors Help 1/2x28 - 18x1 adapter??????

Guys,

A buddy of mine has happened up on an issue and we are unable to find solutions at the moment. He has
two tikka t3 tac's that are factory threaded 18x1. He bought a TBAC 30p-1 and is incredibly happy with it.......
only problem is he kinda assumed that he would be able to find an adapter for his ar15 thats 1/2x28 because
he did not want to cut his barrels to re-thread.

Does anyone know of anyone who makes a 1/2x28 to 18x1 thread adapter? Any help is greatly appreciated.
