Suppressors Help? I want one suppressor for a 6mm AI, and 223

The 6mm AI has a Vais muzzle break, but an unknown thread pattern. The 223 is a RRA Predator Pursuit with the standard medium heavy barrel, no threads.

I don't want to spend a ton of dough on this suppressor. I was thinking in the 700-800 dollar range. I might be convinced to spend more for the right suppressor if necessary. I want it to be quiet and accurate. It doesn't need to be quick attatch.

i got vias on four rifles....and two suppressors that i can interchange.....


them cans are addictive....so....look hard at Titanium.....weight matters

Forgot to include info on the 6mm AI barrel. Pac Nor Straight Taper 1.25" to .90". I know taper can make a difference.

Titanium suppressors are sweet.

Thanks for the info fellas. I've looked at the shark suppressors before, but not at the adapters. May not be ready in time for the group buy, but I'll look into it.

What about SAS .30 Cal can? It is rated for Magnum calibers, and is a reasonable price?

Any thoughts? Feedback from SAS owners maybe?

Wish I could give you some use feedback on the SAS 30 cal can...but I am waiting for BATF to get done. Mine will be used on my 6XC and 223ai... Do a search on here for comments on the can. There are plenty of them out there with satisfied owners..

Waiting sucks doesn't it. I'm waiting on a Surefire 338 suppressor to get the ok by the ATF as well.

I think SAS makes a .30 cal Titanium suppressor. Maybe, I'll check that one out.

Tim at SAS does make Ti cans. He can make what you want. I have
2 and my brother has 3. Good to go. I saw my dealer to fill out
the paperwork on my new 22 can from SAS this weekend. I can't wait to get this one approved. Dealer let me shoot it at his place then took it away to put in the safe.

Almost like going to a strip club.

It has been a DAMN long wait...
Note to self... Don't order a new can in the midst of a Admin. change when EVERYONE is ordering unless you buy it from an in-stock source...

Hopefully sometime in the next couple months I will get a chance to try it out...

MTETM, hopefully you get lucky and the BATF will approve your SAS can in the near future.

I'd be interested to know the suppressive capabilities of a 30 cal can on a 6mm and 22 cal rounds.

If anyone else has this info. That would be great.
