Rifle Scopes Help IDing Rings

I have a set of rings they look like Badger. There is numbers on them on the lower half of the ring the # 35 and under it is the # 4011 they came on a US Optic scope and are to low trying to ID them.

Mythical 35mm Badger rings. They're made of unicorn horns. Better keep them.
