Help me find out brand of riflie

[SQUATCH]

Came across this .30-06. Know it is definitely older. Says standard-modell by the action and then some odd icons like crowns and stuff as well as you can see by one of the pics. Any help is appreciated.

Well, it's British judging by the crown stamps. Just like my Lee Enfield. But, 30-06 is odd for a European rifle though.

It is some kind of large ring Mauser. Has the BUGN proofs, so likely after 1927 for action. Stock is not original, I am guessing. If you have better pictures I could tell you more

Looks like either a sporterized or commercial Mauser of some sort. Most likely a sporterized one. FWIW

Had a hit say that it is a FN Model 1950. Any possible truth to that?

Could be... FN was Mauser back then.

Actually found a possible thread that explains about my rifle. Mine has the B with the crown but a G also instead of an L
