Purchased an origin action and a proof research prefit barrel a while ago. Torqued the barrel onto the action a while ago and then packed up and moved. Today tried testing it out and I noticed that the bolt doesn’t rotate fully. Will rotate partially in their like it’s locked up but not fully. Took the action out of the stock and still won’t rotate fully. Even took off the trigger and still not working. Can’t figure out if this might be the barrel or the action. Don’t have a barrel vise anymore now. Anyone have any ideas what the issue could be.

Have you looked carefully to make sure there isn't a burr or little piece of metal stuck on the bolt face or the barrel?

Did you mess with the. Bolt head and maybe put the washer on backwards?
