I just had some people try to run a scam on me based off a craigslist listing of mine.

They called based on this ad:

They are Indian sounding. A woman called trying to fake an accent. At first I thought it was my kid sister. When I realized it wasn't she hung up. I called right back and a Indian male answered, said he didn't call me and he lived in Canada. The number is from Sugar Land city, Texas.

That number is:
7132340887

Please call them and tell them what you think of scammers. Don't care what you tell them or say. The concept is they will hopefully rethink their current agenda.

The more the merrier. Currently their voicemail message is in some sort of language. Dunno which.

Last thing I'm going to do is call some fucker. Caller Id works both ways.

Sucks that people like that are out there but the best offense is a strong defense.

For every one person who busts them they prob have 10 people fall for the scam so they have no incentive to quit.

Don't call them. Then they will have your number as well. As stated before, caller ID works both ways. Plus who wants to burn the long distance fee?

Though I have copious amounts of free time I don't think I will be calling to harass some asshole. But I will say that if you have a google mail account you can make free long distance calls and the number shows up as a Kommiefornia number no matter where you call from. Just FYI.
