Suppressors High temp tape for a suppressor cover

Has anyone ever tried put high temperature tape on the inside of a suppressor cover or recommend in doing so? The cover went a little too far forward and some of the internal padding was blown off/out.

Whichever can take the heat that can be bought at a local retailer if need be.
