I ordered the Trijicon 3-9x40 accupoint with the green mildot reticle. The 2.5-10 was clearly better but it was just too large a scope for what I wanted it for. I hope it works out.

You should be happy with that scope. I got the same one a little while ago for my 6.8 AR hog hunter. I like it because it's lightweight(especially for illuminated), has good glass, not too expensive and I like that just the center dot is illuminated.
