That is really impressive. I too am curious as to whether or not you made the barrel and would appreciate a description of the process if you did. In the posted image the bolt handle has a different color than the action, is the material different?
I like simple a LOT! I made the bolt extension with a cam to interface on a dowel pin in the receiver for extraction camming.
The receiver is a block of Carpenter 383-A2 air hardening tool steel as is the bolt. Barrel is a K&P cut rifles with their clam shell brake. Bipod is standard M-60. The scope mount I made to use some 30MM ruger rings I had for the Leupold M4-16X scope.
It sat on my toolbox a LONG time until finished.
