Ok, was at the range this weekend and decided to check a new lot of Hornady Match 6.5 Creedmoor before my next match. I always like to check my new lots and never had any major differences until now. This new lot was low and left at 200yards. In the past I've never had to re-zero between lots. It has been a while since I've bought some, but dang glad I checked! PS, group was worse also. PS, all rounds are the same OAL to ogive.

Anyone else encountered this much of a swing? I know they get different shipments of powder but this is a little much IMO. Also noticed the back label has changed on the drop. See picture.

I'd be curious to see how much powder was in a case and what it looked like. I pulled a bullet and weighed some of my factory hornady 140 ELD-m and it weighed 41.7 grains. Looked like H4350 but I know they use their own blend. They may have switched powders giving you a problem.
Low and left seems like a rifle/scope problem. Can you verify everything's ok using your old lot?
