I run a LNL AP and have ran into some trouble using the new IMR 4166 Enduron powder. I normally use the .224 powder sleeve and it runs fine with Varget and some other ball powders I use. But the 6.5mm necks will slide right into the .30cal sleeve and sometimes hang up, is there another option for the powder sleeve that is under the .290 ID of the .30cal sleeve but bigger than the .203 ID of the .224 sleeve. If not I think I'm going to ream out the .224 to .250. My IMR 4166 is bridging and clumping up at the exit of the .224 and either spilling, or not coming out at all. Any help before I take the .224 to work and get it reamed.

I don't know of a factory solution. I just bought a couple .224 sleeves to replace the one I drilled out (1/4" drill bit) so it would run more reliably with my 6.5x47L cases. It hasn't bridged since.

That's what I thought. Thank you. I might send an email to Hornady to see if they can make something for this fix. You would think they would have seen this already since the Creedmoor is there baby and so popular.
