The problem is, we had snow prior to the spring rainy season and instead of rain it's wind now.

The last good week was a month ago, then when small things don't line up it's a cascade effect

Little too strong for most kites. Prism kites top out at 25mph.

Wouldn't want to anyway. My prism snapshot 1.4 (2 string foil stunt kite) gets moving super fast at 20+ even with its tail. Gets harder to control.

That is fairly accurate of Livingston. However, you can drive a little any direction and get away from the wind tunnel and it's not half as bad.

North Dakota was special. If the wind is blowing on the eastern border it's not stopping until it hits the trees in Minnesota.
