I won a free barrel certificate for a Rock Creek barrel back in March of this year and I mailed it to Rock Creek. I was able to e mail Paul at the beginning of March to confirm that he received it, which he said he did. I have tried to e mail him since then to try and get an ETA on the barrel but I haven't been able to contact anyone at Rock Creek through e mail or phone (none of my e mails ever get answered).

How can I contact them?

I was quoted 1 month. But a bunch of excuses and missed calls later it turned into a little over 5. I'm fine with waiting, but don't like excuses and bad customer service

sent from my POS phone

If you talked to the Douche (Paul) that usaully answers the phone he will lie through his teeth. At least that's what two of their other employees told me. He one weeked me for 5 months until I got someone else on the phone and they told me Paul had never mentioned a word to anyone in the shop. I wouldn't order a damn ball bearing from them again until they get their shit straight. Plenty other barrel makers are truthful when they tell you something and their barrels are just as good.

Good news guys; I just got off the phone with Russell at Rock Creek.
Paul was the first guy I talked to back in March, but Russell said that he no longer works there. My free barrel cert was lost but Russell was able to find my old e-mails to Paul.

Unfortunately Paul never put my order in the system back then, so I probably would have never gotten a barrel in the mail. Luckily they had the barrel I was looking for in stock, and I was told it should be here in a couple of weeks. That is some excellent customer service; im glad they fixed the issue.

Paul was the weak link for sure. If they fired his ass that's definitely a step in the right direction. I got a bad barrel from them and sent it back with the action. After 5.5 months I finally got Jason I believe on the phone and he told me Paul had just told him about my barreled action that was setting in Paul's office the whole damn time even after numerous calls. He took one of the barrels off the Gunwerks line and chambered it for me ( worked on a Saturday overtime) and got it back in 4 days. It shoots better than any rifle I own, damn chamber was RIGHT. If all of their CS was like what Jason did, I would look no where else for a barrel.

Its a shame there are people like that out there who make their company look bad like that. Im sure you all have that one guy at work who you wonder why he ever bothered to get a job because he always tries to do as little as possible.
