Rifle Scopes How to mount a 31mm flashlight ? 31mm rings?

The ThruNite Catapult flashlight has a diamater of 31mm. Whats the best way to mount to an AR? Machine out some 30mm rings?

a ring and a lapping bar and compound. Grind it down and test fit every so often would be my guess

possibly you could also try a master cylinder hone from an auto parts store. but if there are 31mm rings available, that would be easiest i would think
