How to reset combination on a S&G dial lock

I have no manual and am waiting on response from S&G. Is this something I can do myself or do I need a locksmith. Thanks in advance. Gary

I believe you need a special L-shaped tool. The safe at work has the S&G lock and it came with a re-setting tool, and instructions. Twenty years ago the tool was about $5.

No doubt, make real sure you can get back in. I test my work several times before closing the door.
You don't want to pay a pro to drill your door cause that is your only way in.
