howa 1500 stainless,24",1/10,308. crimson trace 6-24x56 34mm,ffp,moa,sf,IR,has caps. seekins rings. rifle is blue printed: lugs contact laped,barrel shoulder squared,bolt face squared,trigger v. well with australian spring kit added,despite being HS stockbedding was improved a bit with glass for full no gap fit. screw on bolt knob. front swivel removed-can't find it. never use a bipod and swivels,for me, just tear up bags. i use target guns single shot. but,it can be set up for detach mag. i have those parts. $1550 shipped to a dealer that accepts.
