Suppressors HPA effect on suppressor repair.

I am curious if/when HPA passes, how that may effect a manufactures ability to replace or repair a damaged tube?

Any thoughts?

1. It'll never pass

2. Little effect if any concerning repairs.

The HPA is already dead in the water. Assuming it wasn't, I don't see it as any different than an OEM repairing any other firearm. OEMS can make repairs to receivers if they so choose.

I can't think of any way it would affect it. You must have had some concern to post it though. What was it?
