Suppressors HTG Silencers

Re: HTG Silencers

The owner is an oddball greek with an aversion to Chemicals, but who isn't when you judge them by their posts on internet forums.

I HAVE NOT PERSONAL EXPEREINCE WITH THE CANS . . . so take tihs for what its worth.

The suppressors offer decent suppresion. They generally meter well enough on Titsworth's meter.

I like many other cans more than the HTG for what little that is worth.

Why are you asking about this can?

Which one are you interested in?

Re: HTG Silencers

I have three of them, the M30-A, the Cycle-2, and the Universal-3. They have worked great for me, I use the Universal the most, but enjoy the .308 can the most. The 9mm can is quite as heck. I'm getting to the point that I am not interested in shooting my .308 without the silencer. For what it's worth.

Re: HTG Silencers

Have 3 of them as well:

Universal 3 - real quiet on a .22LR - does fine on a .223
ARIS-4 works very well.
M30A - excellent sound/tone to it.

They are under new management. Got a deal on mine so that's why I bought them. They work just fine compared to the other suppressors that I have (Omega 30 / M4-2000) and I really think that the db's is what everyone concentrates and yes it's important to a certain degree but all of the top ones suppress very well nowdays. The tone is what I notice to be the biggest difference among them all. The M30A 30 cal. suppressor from HTG has a very nice tone to it.

Re: HTG Silencers

I have an Aris4 for my .223 can... Sounds good on an AR but really shines on the bolt gun,,, definitely don't need muffs. Got about 450 rounds through the Aris and mainly use it on the p-dog towns. Would definitely recommend.

Almost forgot, put about 50 rounds through it with my 22-250 last weekend on a p-dog town and that sounded very good as well. It got hotter faster but other than that, performed great.
