Hey guys!!!

What's a good reasonably priced projectile to do both hunting and target.
I looked at nosler CC's, AMAX and Accutip. Any others I should check out?

The first 2 are target and the third is a hunting bullet. I know there are people that have taken game with the amazes but I don't shoot enough big game to have to save 10 cents. Out of the 3, I would use the accutips.

I recently developed load with 140 berger vlds both the target and hunting version and both use the same powder and charge and have identical POI at 100 yards. Then you can practice with one and hunt with the other. Yes, they may be a bit more than the stated opinions, but it worked for me.
I am shooting a 6.5 creedmoor.
Good Luck.

What are you shooting? Odds are you can use just about anything when you place it right.

Fwiw I've killed a lot of deer with match rounds (whitetail) popped a few through the shoulder bones never had a problem.

I've killed a lot of deer with 22lr as well.

Unless it's a once of the lifetime trophy hunt, or dangerous game match bullets are fine.

I don't know where you are and how big of game you are going. I have had decent results with Sierra gamekings in the smaller calibers and Berger makes a very accurate hunting bullet. Niether of these is cheap, but you can often find deals on Sierras.
