Hunting liscense lookup help

I am trying to get a hunting liscense in NY. The problem I have is you either need a hunter's safety course or you need an old hunting liscense.

The most recent hunts were in Washington and Montana. Does anyone know how to print off, look up, have faxed, mailed etc. something so I can show vadlidation?

Should be able to look up your Montana data here: Montana FWP if you know your birthday. I haven't tried to look up one on the Washington website.
