I’m not in your AO, but reach out the anyone wealthy who has dealt with this stuff. Friend, relative, hell, even a borderline criminal acquaintance. Asking as the $$ is not important, I’m sure you can find solid representation. I would suggest the hottest meanest female you can find. Not dating material, but a tool for the job. Remember, holding fast on the moral or righteous point is stupid and not productive. This woman wants to continue her association with you because that hurts you. Your goal is to pay whatever it costs to never interact with her again. Fuck the $$, you can make more. Don’t sniff the kitty one more time, there are lots of fish in the sea.
This thread makes me want to renew my divorce vows, single since 1997 , and only one serious girlfriend, dumped her when she made a ultimatum that we get married or else, I grabbed some clothes and walked away and haven't spoken to her since, now I have a house, nice shop ,three safes full of guns , a bayboat ,3 vehicles and it's all paid for , I'll probably never marry again, hell I ain't even been on a date for years , do visit the Asian massage places occasionally, lots cheaper than a girlfriend, and even if the judge on your case awards her any guns it could only be half of them or the money they'd bring , as for the judges order that doesn't sound legal ,unless she lied and said you threatened her ,then redflag laws might kick in .
Actually I just did my attorneys job and reviewed the original order. It is catestrophic for the judge and opposing council and my imbecile attorney could’ve easily crushed this. He is fired. Here’s the details.
Long story short. Order says husband will make firearms available for an appraisal. I did that. I even paid for it. It doesn’t say an appraiser of wife’s choosing. It also says FIREARMS, nothing else. Bill admitted he sent that guy there to go through my house and appraise all of my reloading equipment, and anything firearm related!! That’s outside of the order! He openly stated he intended to go outside of the judges order!! So not only did I comply 100%, but Bill attempted to DEFY the order!
Yet somehow the judge says I didn’t comply and thinks he can seize everything firearm related with no lawful basis for seizure?! He doesn’t even have a basis for saying I was noncompliant! I’m going to beg the incredible lawyer that did my first divorce (who wasn’t available to do this one) on my hands and knees. I don’t care what it costs. I also had a very strong recommendation for another attorney who represented a trauma surgeon I work with as well as one of the cardiologists. His reviews are exceptional. So I will spend a few hours literally on my knees tomorrow asking for one of them to take this. Based on what I’ve compiled it would be very wise for the judge to recuse himself. I will be hiring a second attorney to submit a complaint to the BAR regarding opposing councils conduct. Lastly I’ve put together a detailed complaint to the Judicial Qualifications Commission regarding the Judges overt misconduct. If the judge refuses to recuse himself I will have very strong grounds for an appeal. I’m done. I don’t care what it costs for a good attorney. I’ve found nothing but stupidity thus far. How did my attorney miss all of that?!
Shit.. the hottest meanest female actually does make a lot of sense. That hadn’t occurred to me. I could definitely use a third option just in case. Any suggestions as how to track that person down? Are there forums? Chat groups? Anything?
Krystal Knox absolutely cleaned my SIL out for my Brother. SIL and her attorney played the same kind of games, with a "compliant" judge. Hopefully she can help you?

Yep. I swore to myself I’d never remarry. I feel I deserve a little of this after going back on my stance. My brother just divorced his THIRD wife. He’s 43.
This doesn’t help you any, but reading this and hearing similar stories reminds me of a guy I worked with over 20 years ago that offered me $500 to off his ex wife. I laughed, but he said he was serious

He’s a towering 5’6. That doesn’t work super well in my case. While I stand at a staggering 5’9, I’m 240lbs with a 32” waist and just under 20” arms. So instead he implies that I’m a bully. Real scum. It’s going to take some real thick skin with him. He doesn’t try to hide the fact that he weaponizes the system and will lie in perpetuity. This guy is a sleeze. He steamrolled over the last 2. You think she can cut it?
