Growing up in Newark NJ (where Corey was once the Mayor), many of my older friends would rave about the wonderful things he did for that city. I think they were drinking the Koolaide. The same friends now live in Charlotte. I'm not trying to say something Pithy, but it was not hard even back then to see that he was already on a fast track.
