Suppose you neighbor heard you wanted to sell your property so and he dose not like you so he stopped mowing his lawn and painted his house with gang signs and Grafiti.

My neighbors right to live in filth ends at his property line.......cant say ide be too happy but who am i to tell him otherwise?.........unlike a lot of people, i actually practice what i preach.

that being said, im planning on buying enough property within the next 5 years to build a house where i cannot actually see my neighbors....so it shouldnt be an issue
