Because there's not enough internal bullshit already? Let's recruit a group of people that basically enter the service with a disability and then award VA benefits and restructure training some more to cater to the lowest common denominator.
This is is why I have steadfastly opposed the move to build up the military. I'd rather we slash the size and streamline it into a more efficient/capable force. I'll take 100 hardcore warriors over 1000 SJW experiments any day.

I'm pretty much 50/50 on this one. On one hand I don't have a problem with sending sociopaths out to kill psychopaths, but on the other hand do we really want the Armed Forces full of a bunch of Private Pyles?
Just put them front row center at the DMZ Korea. They can weather the first wave just to be sure none come home.
