I feel pretty good tonight. New to me 455 shoots sweet.

Cousin was able to snag an almost new 455 for cheap. Athlon Helos 6-24 gen2 mil. Rings showed up this afternoon. Put it together and just shot it in the driveway at 50 yards. Zero in 4 shots. Five 10 shot groups. CCI SV. I'll be shooting heavy the next 2 weeks. Next match is the 28th.

Bottom right target is CCI SV at 100 yards. Shot ELEY Match on the top right and then the top left. Second picture shot top right then top left. So the ELEY had mininum flyers but the CCI seemed to have a slightly tighter group without the flyers. I only bought 2 boxes of the Match to try. The match I shoot has pretty generous target sizes at 100 and 110 yards, so CCI SV will be fine. The KYL at 63 yards gets a little small, and I think they had a 4 piece KYL at 80 or so that was really small.

Sunday evening pushed out to 200, 300 and 400 yards.

200 Shot 5 rounds, hit left of the paper. Couple clicks rights and sent 15.

300 sent 2 five round mags.

At 400 I shot at a 22 inch and 24 inch round steel plates. 10 rounds on each steel, 2 rounds high into the cardboard from each steel, so I lost 3 on each side, they probably went into the dirt. CCI SV for eveything. I'll have to pony up for some better ammo and do it again.
