The optical zero was at the far left end of the windage range and I only had 2 minutes of wind left. I did not notice until I changed my shooting direction and tried to adjust for a left wind.....couldn't do it. I called Hawke and they said send it back and they will look at it. The customer service is great, but the QC is lacking. This is the second scope I have sent back. The first one had a canted reticule ( about 3°). If the next one is bad, I will be taking it back to the dealer to get my money back. A person tends to expect more for $500.
