im already running 37s with a stock box. this is for the 39.5s and bigger. my pocket camera has a little red LED that helps with autofocus but for some reason i still get a few fuzzy ones.

On 44's? Or with a 60?

click my link in the sig and there are a bunch on superford. well supermotors now. lemme scrounge one up
i have the stock 1/2 ton D44 in it but i took the outers off and put the 8 lug outers from an F250 on so i could get my 8 lugs on. its in a transition state kinda. rear is a 4.10 D60 and front is a 3.54 D44 as described. the 60 was set for leaf springs and so i have to weld on the <O> to the axle for the radius arms. ford guys know the <O> parts. then ill have the same ratio when the 60 goes in. then ill drive it to get the 4.88s and ARB/detroit installed. i have extended the radius arms 12" and wristed one for more flex. its been a long road. i still have headers i need installed, but i want to get the doubler installed after the axle since i have to fab a bracket for the new arms. ill get a few pics up

i just found 2 more 78/79s with supposedly rust free bodies, but im not sure how i feel about messing a pretty truck up or prettying up a trail rig. but i drive it at least 5 miles a day to walk the dogs and do laundry and get groceries and hookers and stuff

39.5 and bigger is gonna be hard on that 44...care a set of spare axles (not that i wouldnt recommend that regardless. im lookin for a pair of 60s for my fj or at least a 44/60, i just want to run 37s though

yeah the 44 is just temporary. i have a D60 snowfighter and 4130 35 spline outers and inners when the ARB goes in. its just taken a back seat to firearms for a while. im getting a JD2 bender to do the cage work eventually. when i pull this 44 ill either find something to swap it into or sell it off. its 1/2 ton with 3/4 outers.
