Gunsmithing I have an idea will it work ?

Ok got a tikka m595 that I wanna build, I have a mcm stock that i am gonna modify and inlet . The inlet for the action will actually b fairly easy . However I am looking for DBM options and there are none. I am thinking about using a cdi dbm for a T3 It has a hole spacing for action screws of 6.985, and according my calipers the hole spacing on my action is 7.004. I think with a little work i could possibly make it work.

Anyone ever try something like this? Words of advice ?

Check where the mag position is of the T3 compared to the M595, er and trigger position.
I'm just in the process of fumbling a Howa Short action mag system onto an old sako forester. Front screw and mag distance is fine just rear needs sorting.
