Rifle Scopes I need a P/U scope mechanic

I got a 1891/30 with a P/U on top. That grease/wax whatever that they use has fogged the lenses. other than that it is fine.
i have noticed this is a common problem for these damn things. Anybody know someone qualified with the right tools to open it up, clean and service it, and put it back together, with Nitrogen, if they had that from the russians in the first place.
It's matched to the rifle, so i really would hate to not have it servicable.
