Th entire court is missing one major point in all this, as is the post ass whooped Marine.
Marines, and Former Marines invented, on November 11th, 1775, things like public drunkeness, bar fights, street fighting, and other miscreant behaviors associated with being a Marine. This is historical fact. Both men should have been left to sit in a cell together overnight, and sent home. The so called victim is a pussy.
