If you don't have at least 10 of these you are stupid

Called yesterday to see if they had any left. "Sure. Bring your CCW with you to purchase." Never had to use my permit to buy a rifle (or handgun, except to bypass wait).

I always love the infamous AK vs AR/M16/M4 debate. However, where the fuck is this myth coming from that all AKs have worse accuracy than a smoothbore musket? I can easily hit a human sized target at 100 yards with the open sights and stretch it out to 200 with a 4x scope. Sure the grouping looks more like a shotgun pattern, but still I can hit the target. The AK47 was never built for accuracy just like the M16 and M4 weren't either. They were all built for suppressive fire just like every machine gun in history. That's where the problem with the AR platform is. It's trying to do way too many things and become a universal gun. That's not how it should work. When something is fucked up in our house and we go to our toolbox, we get the proper tool for the job. We don't grab an ice pick to use as a screwdriver or grab a hammer to use as a saw. We get the proper tool. I'm no Marine nor do I claim to be, but I have NEVER heard of a Marine Sniper who pops heads at 1,000+ yards with a fucking AR.
I carry a leatherman. It replaces a lot of tools with one

I've killed things from .5 yard to 575 yards with this AR. Don't think your ak would work well for that. It's a peasant gun for peasants

Here's a mouse right around 87 yards. Good luck with that too lol

by time you would worry about a paper trail you would have been using these to defend yourself , your rights , your property and your constitution.
Not necessarily.
How long do they take to finish?
I got milling the lower down to about an hour, then a few more to assemble the upper and lower from a pile of parts.

Define "cheaper" There are cheaper 80% lowers out there. you can even find polymer resin ones with a one time use jig. I have found the Juggernaut to be a good quality matched set.

There will be plenty of that shit laying in the street if a round up starts. Will they get some? Sure, but even if they kill the net an cell phones that in an of it's self is a clue. Let along groups who have the ability to have comms other ways. There are groups who keep carrier pigeons, an that is a confirmed fact. Low tech may become high or the only tech at some point, think out of the box,...

Never underestimate the average true American patriot.

There was a big push 10 or so years ago amoung well recognized training groups that some of the franken guns and lower cost alternatives wouldn’t hold up often times to a 2 or 3 day class.

Has the quality of these $500 alternatives moved up to the task?

How much in tools and expertise is required to finish out an 80% lower?
drill press (could get by with just a drill) and a router and jig & bits. it's actually pretty easy. just a pita process with the router as you need to take small bites each pass, reset depth, repeat.

They are not for that. They would not need to be shot a lot. They would be used as handouts to all the people that can't see the future. They would be useful to acquire better/more weapons.

All my PSA stuff has been good to go. Full auto and zero malfunctions. I'm sure most of us have better stuff for our own use for social events/training.

I have heard the owner of PSA wants everyone to be able to arm themselves regardless of income level. Think he has done well.
