Update: It was just announced (right after the House passed the $1.75 T budget bill (Ugggghhh) that Biden will be (temporarily) transferring power under the 25th to Kamala Harris, as Biden is going under anesthesia for a medical procedure, this morning.

You guessed it.... a "Colonoscopy!"
