Hello fellow hide members.
I need some help. I need someone that has a 737 in .223, or a bolt for 737…
A friend has one and his rifle absolutely will NOT eject. I took a look at the system, and it looks to me like the bolt is over sized. I measured the bolt face and consistently get .388” I measured a couple other bolts I have around and get .378-.379.
This situation is putting a bad taste in my mouth about impact. The customer service has been less than stellar. We sent an email explaining all components and trouble shooting, (a couple actually) and made a few calls, leaving voicemails with no responses for several days. This was all during a prairie dog shooting trip. The rifle was built just a few days before leaving, so no time before hand to get the situation resolved. Finally on the last day of the trip we said what the hell and decided to be rather annoying and start spam calling, which netted a result of an answer.
When the phone was answered, we only mentioned we were having an issue with the action, in which we got the response “ok send it in” No questions of what the issue was, or any trouble shooting suggestions. This led me to believe our email, and voicemails had been viewed/heard, and ignored.
A ship label was supposed to be sent over, it wasn’t. So again a few calls, and days later he finally got a label.
Anyway , rant over. If anyone has a bolt they could measure it’d be great, thanks !!
