Impressed with RCBS

I am so impressed with RCBS customer service that I had to tell someone! I have a Chargemaster and thru my own fault I broke the powder hopper. I called RCBS, told them it was my fault and they still sent me a FREE hopper. I didn't even have to pay shipping.

They've always done me well in over 18 years of loading using RCBS Rockchucker and Piggyback II

Yep.

My entire reloading room is green, though of 2 different shades. I generally run with Redding dies.

You should understand that you paid for it all. It was included in the original price.

They are great on CS, not as good as Springfield, but they are very close. Not to mention, their dies are exceptional, especially their seating/crimp dies. I prefer them to the two stage dillons.

Since the mid - 80s the 'blue' and 'green' companies have given me excellent customer service.

The blue and green are both good, but so is Hornandy...the other red company is simply not in the same league quality wise, and if you read their reloading book it might make you laugh or throw up...or both.
