I would go with the Redding dies over RCBS , but either will work . If you haven't already invested in Norma brass, I strongly recommend Peterson brass .

Funny you mention that.. I just found Peterson as of yesterday... made the decision to buy --then was diverted from that by the guy that's helping me learn, who said Norma brass best, bar none. Okay will reconsider.

Exactly what he said and + 1 on Peterson brass . Was running some tests parallel with Norma and seems Peterson will last X2 longer or even more ...

In my testing Peterson is lasting 5x longer than Norma at the minimum. Many of my Norma brass wouldn't sold a primer after 2 firings, my Peterson primer pockets still feel like new after 10 .

The Norma brass will certainly produce excellent accuracy, it simply doesn't hold up .

CCI 250s have worked great for me in every Magnum I've ever tried them in . Many shooters prefer Federal 215 M primers ,but they're hard to find most of the time. I can get CCI 250s locally and they work great .

Cool... thanks. Looks like Federal 215's are on clearance right now at Midway and they also have a Hazmat refund deal on CCI's Stock up! Also after a lot of looking and comparing other people's tests and notes... it would appear the powders of choice are NOT the Norma as I was originally going with but rather Retumbo, RL33 and H1000. Decisions.. decisions....

Retumbo, H1000 and RE33 are the most popular, N570 if you can find it .
I emailed the N570 distributors (Capstone Precision Group, LLC) and they (Michelle Hamilton - Sales Coordinator) got back to me this morning saying it'll be 6-9 months before we see any N570 in the states.

    UPDATE:

And from Philip Hoham - Technical Support - Capstone Precision Group, LLC

We are still in business and not going anywhere. The issue with the N-570 availability is due to production scheduling. This powder should be available again here in the USA sometime in the fall of 2018. Our apologies for this delay and inconvenience .
