INNOREL RT75C Tripod/Ballhead Combo

Looking for a lighter/cheaper Tripod for my Spotter and Binos.

Currently have a RT90C with a Anvil 30 and love it, but would like to have something to run next to it since it will have a gun mounted.

Will this fit standard Arca Swiss rails?

I've one that I use for 15x56 binos, kestrel and a small range finder. I like it a lot but have in mind it's my first one.
The main reason I got it is it's higher than the RT90, I'm 6'6" and it fits perfect. Even strong enough to hold a rifle.

Not the best but should be visible enough, the kestrel is not attached. For this I use the longer adjustable rod sometimes, room enough on the base
