Rifle Scopes IOR BDC question

What barrel length is this IOR BDC calibrated for, 14.5" or 20"?

I'm interested in this for a optic on my 20" but I want to make sure the BDC is at least semi useful.

I'm told they it is for a 20" but you can use it out to 400yds when using a 14 to 16".
