Iron site issue.

I installed some folding Noveske iron sites on my Noveske 5.56 and went to the range to site them in. I ended up having to crank the rear windage site almost all the way over to the right side to get on target. It looks kind of odd being that far over. Is this normal, or is there some other way that would leave the rear site more centered (like a shim between the rail and one side of the site?

The rifle is a flat top and both the front and rear irons are Noveske folding sites (made by Troy Industries), both attached to the rail.

I can give them a call Monday, but it was the rear site that I've had to crank all the way over. The front post was almost dead on elevation, right out of the box.
