For the past week when ever the pointer just hovers at all different places on my screen the number 7067814 pops up, same number all the time.
Anyone know when they will be sending the guys in white coats an black helos to my addy?
I have no clue whats happening or why it's doing this. That is a valid phone number in DC,.... should I call that number an ask about the images on all my cameras that appear to be ghosts?

Got a call a few weeks ago leaving a number to call about over payments from SS. It is a scam. They will ask for a fine of $500.00 or serious penalties will be acessed.

I'm assuming this is on a computer & not on a phone (where they have those stupid floating "notifications" sometimes allowed).

What operating system are you running?

Anytime my computer sneezes or starts doing something odd, my first reaction is usually along the lines of secure erase the drives & start over with a new installation.

Do you guys run ad blockers and script blockers on your web browsers by default (like always from day 1)?
Could be some bug your browser picked up.

If it only happens in firefox but no other browser (such as IE, Edge, Chrome, Vivaldi etc.) then you could try just ripping out firefox completely & cleaning all the settings out and then checking for any malware and then installing firefox again.
