I have a Winchester model 70 in 300 win mag that is an internal magazine i want to make it a detachable box mag. Is this possible?

Yes. You'll need to inlet the stock for the correct bottom metal, which will be based on which mags you want to run.
Or, you could purchase a stock that has already had the inlet cut, and buy bottom metal and mags.

It's going to be tough to find bottom metal that accepts AICS magazines on a Winchester, but I believe it's doable.
I don't enough experience to provide a lot of info, though.
