Premier is doing fine. Take what you hear on the internet with a grain of salt. They will be around for a long time.

If there is lots of smoke than there is usually a fire near by!!
I do think they have cool looking scopes though with nice features!!

I just spoke with Paul yesterday after hearing mention of the thread referenced above and another on Snipers Paradise (which I couldn't access because I'm not a member). I didn't ask him for internal details because it's none of my business but wanted to give him the heads up that there was yet another "Premier is dead" thread.
What he said to me is that in a couple weeks or so Premier will publicly discuss some management changes. Otherwise, service and warranty work, etc. is going to continue to happen. While Premier has had some business issues and product issues, you really have to wonder why in particular rumors like this keep cropping up about this optics maker. It makes me wonder if a competitor isn't behind it. What better way to cast doubt about a company's viability. It's called FUD.
Kind of funny that the O.P. on that thread claimed he "drove by their facility two Fridays ago and thought it was strange that the building parking lot was empty." It was the day after Thanksgiving. Some of us had to work that day. Some didn't...depends on the employer.
