So I am a lefty when it comes to a lot of things...including firing semi autos and handguns...however when it comes to bolt action...I do not get a LH model and stick to traditional RH bolt guns...I can run a bolt a lot faster this way than a left handed model...

(I still fire the RH bolt guns as a lefty).

Its not that weird if your not supporting the forearm of your rifle with your hand and your shooting from a bench or prone using a bipod it makes a lot of sense to keep your dominate hand on the trigger and operate the action with your other hand.
