Is prvi partizan match .308 considered commerical?

The green label box 168gr? Shot as good as HSM out of few of my Savage 10FPs, but that was few years ago when they were $9-10/box. PPU brass reloads nice.

I wouldn't consider it "match" quality. It works great for what it is. But compared to other factory match ammo like federal or black hills I've found that it just isn't as consistent. I also didn't have any trouble reloading it, but only have 2x so cannot comment on longevity.
