Is "Redding Competition Bushing 3- Die Neck Sizer Set" good?

You may have to buy the dies separately, because of the current demand. I use a Redding Competition micrometer seating die...because I like the easy adjustability with the hash marks and numbers. For resizing I use the Redding full length S resizing die which uses a bushing for the neck. I don't like to resize more than .005 in one pass, so I have .290, .289 and a .288 sized bushings. I have Lapua and a few Hornady brass. The Hornady is thinner, but the Lapua gets resized with the .290 bushing first and then with the .289 for final neck tension of .002. I haven't reloaded any of the Hornady, but I will be using the .290 and then .288 for those if I ever use them.

I have one of the 3-die sets but I've ended up liking the full length resizing die instead of splitting the neck sizing and body sizing into two separate steps.

I read that one does not want to resize body for bolt guns every reloading but does want to resize neck...?
Full length size every time. If it’s good enough for the best shooters in the world, it’ll work for you.
The key to consistent ammo is being consistent with your process.

I have the Redding 3 die competition set, nothing wrong with this set and perfectly happy with its performance. That said it’s 3 pulls for my process - neck, body, mandrel.

If I was starting over I would go with SAC’s 6.5 die and buy the mandrel insert (I have one for my Dasher)...one pull does all 3 and he already has his setup for partial neck sizing which is how I set my micrometer up anyway.
