You may have to buy the dies separately, because of the current demand. I use a Redding Competition micrometer seating die...because I like the easy adjustability with the hash marks and numbers. For resizing I use the Redding full length S resizing die which uses a bushing for the neck. I don't like to resize more than .005 in one pass, so I have .290, .289 and a .288 sized bushings. I have Lapua and a few Hornady brass. The Hornady is thinner, but the Lapua gets resized with the .290 bushing first and then with the .289 for final neck tension of .002. I haven't reloaded any of the Hornady, but I will be using the .290 and then .288 for those if I ever use them.
